How it Works:
Our promise to you is that our compatible ink cartridges are:
- Suitable for use within the intended models of postage meters, and;
- Free of anything that could harm the equipment.
We are so confident in their safety and effectiveness, that if a mail machine is damaged due to the use of one of our products, we will not only give you a refund – we will pay for any reasonable charges associated with the repair of your machine.
To claim this refund, you must return:
- A signed and dated receipt and written statement on corporate letterhead from the postage meter repair technician, stating that our ink was the sole and direct cause of the damage, and;
- The broken component
Please note that our liability shall be limited to the replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.
***Restrictions for Undamaged Merchandise***
*Undamaged merchandise must have been purchased within the previous 30 days and be returned in a resellable condition. The packaging itself must not be damaged, marked, written on or altered. Product must be securely packaged and insured with carrier. A tracking number must also be provided. Customer is responsible for shipping of the returned product and refund may be at sellers discretion if not returned in resellable condition.
**If you've purchased 3 (three) or more items of the same product, it is to Postage Meter Ink Cartridges' discretion to charge a 25% restocking fee upon refund
***Our warranty only covers the purchaser/buyer as the end user, if you are a reseller our warranty is voided automatically and you will be charged 25% restocking fee in case of refund request
